June 19th is the Most Holy Body & Blood of Christ (Corpus Christi). It is also Father's Day. Both St. Christopher and Good Shepherd will have Adoration between Masses. All are welcome, and we especially encourage fathers and sons to pray together. Silent powerful prayer is the medicine for a very troubled world, troubled home, troubled heart by allowing His Voice and His Peace to permeate the loudness of a chaotic world. Mass will be offered at St Christopher Church on Thursday, May 26th at 9:00 am. Masses at Good Shepherd, Rhinebeck will be at 7:00 pm (Vigil) on Wednesday, May 25th and 9:00 am & 5:00 pm on Thursday, May 26th.

Our "New to You" Thrift Shop opens on June 9th, and regular hours will be Tuesdays from 11:00 am -- 4:00 pm and Thursdays from 11:00 am -- 7:00 pm. Donations can be brought on Thursdays from 3:00 pm--6:30 pm. ***ITEMS WE WILL ACCEPT***: women's clothing, purses, shoes & hats, linens, bric a brac, houseware items (no mugs or single stemware), books, art supplies, craft items, artwork, jewelry, small pieces of furniture. Sunday, May 22nd at 12:15 pm (after the 11:15 am Mass) at Good Shepherd Parish Hall, 3 Mulberry St., Rhinebeck. On June 1st, Father Crawford will begin a new assignment at the Parish of St. Matthew & Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Hastings-on-Hudson. Please join us to wish him well in his new endeavor. We are looking for a few volunteers to help care for the small garden at St. Christopher School. If you enjoy gardening and can offer an hour or two of help twice a month, please contact the parish office. Thank you!

Are you ready to turn away from the stresses of life and experience the life-giving word of God? This is not your normal "Bible Study", but a way to read, meditate, pray and contemplate the Scripture. Each week we will be using the Gospel reading of the next Sunday to explore Scripture in this manner. We will meet on Monday evenings beginning April 25th through May 23rd at 6:30 pm in the St. Christopher Parish Center. You do not have to attend every week to participate. All are welcome!!

Saturday, April 2nd from 10:00 am--3:00 pm at Good Shepherd Church, 3 Mulberry St., Rhinebeck. Fr. Arthur Rojas of Presentation Church in Port Ewen, NY will be our retreat master. The day will include Mass, Confession, Holy Hour and two conferences, "Singing Our Way to Contrition: A Meditation on Attende Domine" and "Hanging on a String? A Lenten Look At The Icon Of Perpetual Help". A free will offering will be taken up. Please bring your own lunch.

"Summer with the Shepherd" Vacation Bible School will be held June 27th through July 1st from 9:00 am --12:30 pm at St. Christopher School, 30 Benner Road.
